My Pediatric Dentist - Biological and Holistic

Our first experience was incredible. The office is stunning and clean. The staff is ALL so kind, welcoming, hospitable. Doc was amazing and really made it his priority to ensure our 2.5 year old was comfortable and happy. Would highly recommend this practice if you’re looking for a pediatric dentist!!! 10/10

I’ve never been to a dentist who I felt was a 5 star, until today. From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, it was the best dental experience any of us have ever had (combined 70ish years amongst the 5 of us). The office is large and will be fantastic once the new lava mountain slide is set up. Trash truck was playing on the large tv (so thankful for this low stimulus option!) and a delicious coffee machine was available for parents. During our visit we never felt rushed or like we were just another number. The exams were thoroughly explained and executed for all 3 kiddos. The team must have done some amazing training or are just that wonderful with kids! Even my more reserved child warmed up easily and was comfortable enough to sit through the polishing. This same kid cried and screamed at a previous dental office (that office was nice as well but more in an adult dental office way). Dr Austin is knowledgeable, great with kids, and easy to understand. We left feeling like we actually had a full picture of our kids’ oral health AND next steps. I can’t recommend enough! Don’t let the out of network piece deter you, it’s 100% worth any additional cost left after insurance.

So glad I finally found a holistic pediatric dentist close by! Went for our first visit with my 4 year old and we loved it. Office is brand new and very nice. Did not wait to go into the back. He was able to watch tv while cleaning. Xrays only once a year which is so great. They don’t use fluoride which I love because I went to another “holistic” ped dentist and they do have it which was odd to me. The Dr was great and informative. Took his time. Even took a picture and sent it to us in the mail. My son got a ballon and picked out a prize at the end. Highly recommend to anyone. Very enjoyable for all. Thank you team!

We tried a few different pediatric dentists before this and were never really impressed, but wow!! This office is amazing. It’s clean, inviting, and so kid-friendly. The staff is knowledgeable and made us feel completely at ease. My child needed a few cavities filled, and I was really nervous about the appointment, but he didn’t even flinch. Dr. Austin explained everything so thoroughly and took the time to walk us through all our options and answer every question. The Saturday appointments are a huge plus, too. On our way out, my husband even said it was the best experience we’ve ever had in a doctor’s office setting. 10/10 recommend My Pediatric Dentist to anyone looking for a great kids’ dentist!

Dr Austin is the best! My 3 and 4 year old had a few traumatic experiences with previous dentists and I was worried they wouldn’t do well going back. However, Dr Austin and his team was so patient with both kids and everyone left with a smile on their face. My son who had a tooth pulled even said he can’t wait to go back when the new slide is finished. I really appreciated that we weren’t rushed through the appointment and we were able to make informed decisions without any judgement. If you’re looking for a dentist who will take the time to explain things to you, give you different options and take his time to keep smiles on your kids faces, go see him!

My Pediatric Dentist is absolutely incredible! From the moment you walk in, you can tell that children are at the center of everything they do. The office is spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to make kids feel comfortable, excited, and cared for. Dr. Austin is truly one of a kind. His calm, reassuring demeanor and ability to connect with children is unmatched. My daughters recently had cavities filled, and I was amazed by how smooth the entire experience was. Thanks to Dr. Austin's gentle approach and superb techniques, they didn't complain once and left with smiles on their faces. I never thought I would see the day when my kids actually looked forward to going to the dentist! One of the sweetest moments was watching my 10-month-old son interact with Dr. Austin while we were there. My son was completely drawn to him and even wanted Dr. Austin to hold him, which he happily did. It was such a small but meaningful moment that showed just how kind, patient, and genuine he is with children. The assistants deserve recognition too. Every member of the team is warm, caring, patient, and attentive. They go above and beyond to make both kids and parents feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. We are so grateful to have found Dr. Austin and the amazing team at My Pediatric Dentist. They have set the bar incredibly high, and I wouldn't trust my children's dental care with anyone else.

This peds dental office exceeded my expectations. After driving far for another holistic approached pediatric dental office, we came across this east valley office. Dr. Austin and his staff were amazing. Dr. Austin was amazing with our son and spent a lot of time with us explaining what our options were for treatment and walking us through each of them. The office was so nice and clean. Highly recommend!

Our daughter had her first dentist appointment this past weekend, and Dr. McHenry did a fantastic job building rapport with her and helping her feel comfortable. He thoroughly explained every step of the process to us, making sure we understood everything and never felt confused or overwhelmed. The entire office staff provided exceptional customer service and made the experience a positive one from start to finish. We’re so grateful for the care and attention we received, and I can’t recommend this practice highly enough!

My Pediatric Dentist was clean and inviting from the moment we walked in the front doors. Everyone was kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The team made sure our 4 year old son felt comfortable the entire time and even had a tv above the chair for him to watch a show/tv for additional distraction. They even made sure to make our six year old daughter feel included and comfortable when she was there just to support her brother. Dr. Austin clearly explained the exam and treatment plan and made us feel comfortable with any decision we wanted to make. We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Austin and the entire team at My Pediatric Dentist. We highly recommend going there!

I am very glad we found this dentist! It is nerve wracking to take a toddler to their first dentist appointment. You wonder if they will just totally melt down and it will be a disaster. Well, my son came and left ALL smiles, zero tears. What a friendly and welcoming environment. I am so impressed to have found a biological pediatric dentist who is SO friendly & good with kids. I will highly recommend to everyone I know.
